How can I return an item?
The easiest way to return an item is to contact our customer service (email@example.com) and follow the procedure that will be indicated. It is crucial to get the authorization code made by the customer service and that the item are in perfect condition and with the original tags attached.
What is the deadline applicable to refunds?
The deadline for any refund is 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products.
Do I have to pay the returns of good?
The returns of the items to our warehouse is charged to the customer and has a fixed cost.
The return fees amount to € 15.00 for the following countries:
- Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden.
The return fees amount to € 22.00 for the following countries:
- Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Rep., Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Norway, Ukraine, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Costs associated to the returns from Switzerland have a fixed cost of € 25.00.
The return fees will be deducted from any refund of purchase.
The fixed charge will apply if you decide to use our courier, who will pick up the package to the address you stated. If you prefer to send the package at your own expense another courier, please ensure to do the shipment with a courier that allows the tracking of shipment so we will be able to ensure that the package reaches its destination.
Returns are free if the product presents manufacturing defects not attributable to usage or improper use by the customer or in the event of items that has not been ordered via our online shop..
How will I receive the amount refunded of my return?
Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same manner in which the purchase was made. We will ask an IBAN in order to do a money transfer in case of payment by bank transfer and cash on delivery. For payments by credit card or PayPal we will perform the transfer directly on reference platforms.
What should I do if the amount repaid is not correct?
Contact our customer service and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Can I change the items?
The replacement of an article is always subject to stock availability of the articles of customer interest and have to be paid for the return of the item to replace. Please contact our customer service for personalized assistance. The report that the replacements are not applied discounts. There will be no charge if it were a replacement for manufacturing defects not attributable to wear or improper use by the customer.
